Three paths to sovereignty. One programme to navigate yours.

Route A — Innovator Founder Visa You have a business idea that is innovative, viable, and scalable. The IFV grants you the right to build it in the UK — and eventually to settle here through what you have built. This route uses RareStack (the IFV platform) to validate your idea against Home Office criteria before a single application fee is spent.
Route B — Self-sponsorship Register your own UK limited company. Apply for a Sponsor Licence. Sponsor yourself in a role within your own business. Remove your dependence on any external employer permanently.
Route C – Independent business building Build a business that generates sufficient income and legal structure that you can change your visa route entirely — from sponsored employment to entrepreneur or self-employed, without the IFV or Sponsor Licence requirements.
Route D — Global Talent Visa For immigrants who are recognised leaders or emerging leaders in their field — digital technology, arts and culture, academia, or research. The Global Talent Visa does not require a job offer, is not tied to a specific employer, and gives significant flexibility to work, build, and eventually settle. Endorsed by specific bodies depending on your sector: Tech Nation (digital technology), Arts Council England (arts and culture), the Royal Society, British Academy, or Royal Academy of Engineering (academia and research). If your background and expertise qualify, this is one of the cleanest routes to independence available.

NOTE: In the consultation, Sena will assess which route is most appropriate for your specific situation — and be honest if a route is not realistic within your current timeline or circumstances.

What is not included

Full investment: £3,500 total. £100 consultation credited. Balance £3,400.

Crisis Navigation graduates: £3,000 — £500 discount for clients who completed the Crisis Navigation Programme.

RareStack users: £3,300 — £200 discount for active RareStack subscribers.

Payment: Stripe — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment plan available on request.

Capacity: Maximum 1 Sovereignty client at a time.

Duration: 12 weeks structured programme + 3 months post-programme check-ins.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need a business idea to join?

No — but you need one to pursue the IFV route. If you do not have an idea, the consultation will assess which of the three routes is appropriate and what the foundation work looks like.

What if the IFV is not right for me?

Routes B and C do not require the IFV. The consultation will determine which route genuinely fits your situation.

Is this legal advice?

No. All guidance is peer navigation from lived experience. Legal determinations require an OISC-registered adviser or solicitor. Sena will refer you to trusted advisers at any point.

What if my situation changes during the programme?

The programme adapts. Immigration situations are not static. Sena will adjust the route and the plan as your situation develops.
